The column-high rooms of Enoiteca IL Calice with the well-filled wine shelves offer a stylish atmosphere also in winter, when the nice outdoor terrace is closed. The multi-award winning restaurant is not only recommended in the Gault & Millau 2017 but also in the Guide Michelin. We always enjoy the creative cuisine of Werner Haude and never miss out the Superdegustazione, an antipasti plate for two. From soups over sausage and cheese specialties to traditional meat and fish dishes to Italian dessert variations, the lunch and evening menu has a wide selection to offer. Changing lunchtime and evening meals as well as a separate afternoon ticket complete the varied offer. For every dish IL Calice offers the right wine: Lovingly selected by chef sommelier Matthias Rainer, who is particularly famous for his Vini di Vigna, wines from the vineyard. Some places fort the Silvester menue are still available – if you want to party at home you can also buy some excellent bottles to take away in the connected wine shop.
